Digestive and Organ Detox

What is a detox?

There are a number of dietary toxins that can accumulate in your system. One way to get rid of these unwanted substances is detoxification of your gastrointestinal tract (GI tract). Blame it on that fatty slice of pork you had for dinner or your daily consumption of junk foods for snacks. Simply put, improper diet and innutritious food are the root causes of dietary toxins in your body.
There are several body components that help in eliminating dietary toxins, a process known as detoxification. When your GI tract cannot perform its functions properly, toxic waste builds up in your body. It then becomes necessary to detoxify and cleanse your tract from these toxins.

How does it work?

Detoxification of your GI tract needs to begin with a detox diet. At Integrated Wellness, we also use Nutritional IV’s and integrative supplements to maximize your detoxification process. It must be emphasized that this is a process that not only takes time, but may require some adjustment on your behalf to achieve the desired results.
At Integrated Wellness, Gastrointestinal (GI) detoxification and recovery is part of our Phase One process of healing. If the GI tract isn’t healthy first, nutrients, foods, and supplements won’t be absorbed to heal the rest of the body.

Is it safe?

GI detoxification is returning the body to it’s natural balanced state. It is very safe and recommended.

Heavy Metal Detox

What is heavy metal detox?

Did you know that your body is exposed to heavy metals on a daily basis in things like antiperspirants, cookware, hair perms, hair coloring, pesticides, paint, dental work and many other sources. These will wreak havoc in your body and lead to numerous conditions and diseases. By removing these from the body it can restore the bodies ability to heal.
Heavy metals, such as mercury, lead and aluminum, accumulate in the body over time and are suspected of triggering dangerous conditions like heart disease, thyroid problems, dementia, neurological conditions, autism, infertility and birth defects. The good news is that a heavy metal detox can remove these contaminants from your body and minimize their impact on your health.

How does it work?

Your provider will recommend a combination of diet, supplements, herbs, and perhaps IV chelation to help your body purge the metal from deep within the tissues of your body

Is it safe?

Yes. This natural treatment is very safe when administered by a properly trained provider.
